Jim Willis is co-founder and MD of award winning digital agency Bulb Studios. Jim has a background in launching and scaling startups. His career started as a sound installation artist. At Bulb Studios, he holds notable client relationships with Warner Bros., Sony Computer Entertainment and Jaguar Land Rover. Other board roles include CFO and founding partner of CrowdLab, a tech startup now securing a second round of funding after establishing a US base, and The Inclusion Club, a global charity raising awareness of disability in sport. Jim is the founder and chair of Pedestrian; an education charity which provides accredited learning to disadvantaged and hard to reach young people.
